HOMEWARES | INSTAGRAM
Our team had the pleasure of working with WHOM, a start-up homewares brand specialising in organic bamboo bedding. The brand has since introduced more décor options to their online store.
We worked closely with the founders to understand the upcoming brand’s values, personality, tone of voice and pillars. All of which played an integral part to our planning and execution of content strategy.
Problem: This start-up brand was beginning their Instagram presence from scratch. They had to break into the market and stand out from their competitors whilst offering educational content about their products and industry. Brand awareness had to be cultivated and a professional feed constructed in all aspects.
Solution: In collaboration with our in-house graphic designer and senior copywriter, we crafted a feed which was visually consistent and rang true to both the content and brand pillars WHOM had developed alongside their branding agency. Every single image was carefully selected to ensure it aligned with the brand’s ethos. Likewise, our captions were written according to the specific brand personality and tone of voice outlined in the initial creative brief – which entailed an informative and serious tone focusing on travel, connection and detail.
As part of the package, we also sourced 4 sets of 30 hashtags and conducted many hours of engagement work per month, in order to slowly and organically grow the account. Our graphic designer also made 5 complimentary Instagram Story highlight covers with illustrations specific to the brand.
Please note, Content Savvy are not currently managing this Instagram account.

CLIENT LOVE:
“We engaged Content Savvy for our Instagram Management. They understood the key pillars of the brand from day one and managed to deliver above our expectations to both visual and written captions. More importantly, their commitment, fast responses and quick turn around with last-minute changes due to the nature of socials, has been second to none. We would highly recommend Content Savvy.”
